if the debt was $400K then at a share price of $0.0005 that would convert to 800M shares. Did they take on more toxit debt, i.e. no debt by end of June statement not true or are they making an acquisition or are they giving themselves and/or the VGR Media guys (which was not even mentioned in last letter) more shares?. Why did they feel a need to double the AS? Even at 0.0005 8b shares is $4M, i.e. the additional 4b shares at that price per share (50% discount to market) represents $2M.
Don't expect financials for a few months but an update to shareholders is needed pronto unless they just want to tank the stock price for some reason.
