Too much admin. Audit needed for example. Yearly is so much better compared to what we have been used to! :)

I agree with you there. Investors tend to "forget" about yearly dividends even if it is 10%.
Quarterly dividends also give the impression of a shareholder-friendly policy and is also a good way of keeping volume/liquidity in the share. (Shipping/rig/seafood-guru John Fredriksen has been popular in Norway because of that)

Would be nice if someone could confront them on this at the CC :)

A yearly dividend gives the company much more freedom compared to a quarterly. And a yearly is much better/more than we have today.
