Agree. Dividend based on result for 2015, to be paid in May 2016. That is what I guess. Record date late 2015?

If they are announcing a divy policy next month then I'd assume they will begin paying soon. Or at least have record dates soon. But a divy long after the record date won't do anything for the pps or credibility.

Sure in the terms of credibility dividend soon is probably good not arguing that.

But I do believe that if they decide to set a dividend plan that is further down the road e.g 2017. Then investors at least has something to go after which is still better than nothing. Personally I would like to see dilution to stop before anything else.
