With that said, there is no point selling and I believe they are likely to get EU patent and probably have a few things lined up to promote, maybe a camel deal or international license..
I can only surmise from the legal banter, the PRs and timing indications that the process/protocol is not optimized and only somewhat works..
How this translates into the fuzzy patent world is anyone's guess..
If others improve the process significantly is there any infringement on the original patent that may have vague operation protocols????
It really doesn't matter, I am out on the next pump unless someone like Hill takes CEO helm and explains honestly where the technology stands with whatever strategy..
