Great DD benz280! Maybe this is why we are up 100% today. Up 25% from the date in December when the SEC announced the suspension to the greys. Not bad for a dead, no heart beat company. I would say that Treaty just might be SUPERIOR grey stock on it's way back to the OTC. After that loom out. The buying will be fast and furious.

Ten more days to prove the reliable source reliable! I will not be holding my breath. I am going to see how credible this statement is:

I looked into this, as I have been reading about it here all day... My reliable source tells me that there are no issues holding up the 2013 10K, and in fact, the work has been paid for in full and the audit should be released within the next two weeks...

That "reliable source" is apparently not so reliable... And very typical of Treaty sources. Was it by chance Platon Petratos? Word is 3 weeks ago he said he would return in a "couple weeks"... That hasn't happened either.

I looked into as well... And this source (the SEC) says there will be no filings...

No way Treaty will file delinquent filings. If they are refusing to supply the very documentation to SEC investigators in the SEC securities fraud case, then why the heck would they file delinquent filings??? Treaty won't, and that has been the reason all along that they haven't filed them... The filings would incriminate the lot of them including Tesarski. Treaty has known since late 2013 that the SEC was investigating them for securities fraud, that's when Treaty stopped filing.

No documents from Treaty...

Was that "reliable source" Platon Petratos?? He's been giving out reliable Bullshit for Treaty for years... And he's still got an active outstanding warrant for his arrest issued March 10th in Texas for theft by check... Platon Petratos is a con and a thief same as the rest of the Treaty Energy gang of crooks.

Right Chris Tesarski? You got to know you hooked up with, and are now defending and protecting a gang of lying cons and thieves...
