That's a good question. I'm not sure if we are just waiting for the judge to rule on the motion to compel or if that needs a court date to argue this motion. After that motion is ruled on, if Fund wins that motion, which I strongly believe they will then there needs to be a court date set for the motion for summary judgement. My speculation is that we should have a court date by no later than next month.
