Believe me, I would personally invest again in this company despite being in the doghouse with the wife over my last Ntek venture if they could prove to be anything other than a scam. With unaudited financials, bogus partnerships, stock fighting to stay over a penny, CEOs stepping down or just ceasing to be CEO, no CFO in site and all their proven billion dollar competitors jumping in the 4k pool it's not looking good. If Foley had started with Ultraflix and put everything he had into it including real promotions he might have had a good shot. But instead he tried to start something like 7 different divisions of Ntek and might be the worst public relations person on the planet. Stock dilution is hard to ignore as well if the company is doing so great according to the unaudited fins the last CEO refused to sign.
