Acquisition is a very likely possibility because remember debt free VERY soon. So that 8 bil CANNOT be used for dilutive purposes on debt considering no new loans(notes) have been taken out.
Also as someone had mentioned earlier that it might have to be increased due to the 2016 preferred's that the new and improved auditor's might have said there needs to be a certain amount of room for them even though they've been halted till 2016(6 1/2 months away).
EITHER shouldn't effect the company negatively as long as the why is released in the coming days..
