no, it's selling because every single order is hurting the pps.
The MM is filling buy orders at the BID without hesitation. Everybody is buying at the BID, and that's as bad as a sell.
The sells are going through as sells also, obviously.
This isn't a MM conspiracy theory, try to buy some for yourself-- I've had ALL of my limit orders filled before the price I wanted made it to the ASK. Somebody might be able to clarify-but I don't think they're supposed to so readily fill buys at the BID.
