I guess existing Trevali shareholders are 'fortunate' that the share count is already bloated enough that another 20M plus change doesn't make a huge difference.

After failing yet again to breach $1.10 I think it will be a while before zinc makes another run, so I guess I will grudgingly accept that they need the cash, though more likely it's a payoff for Dundee.
