The evidence says REVO haven't won any cases.

They started with 4 'open-and-shut' cases.
They've settled 2 of those, without a victory.

In the Protect America case REVO simply capitulated.

REVO had the strongest case imaginable against Alarm Force.Yet they settled.

So, you are correct to say that REVO haven't won anything. They attorneys have simply cut their losses, by avoiding litigation.

The attorneys figured the income from a victory would not have covered the costs incurred.
