Holding a bunch here still but do find it concerning that he releases a PR before reinstatement and any filings almost exactly a year after the last PR and basically says the same thing as he did last year (going current and entering MMJ)...
Most public companies are incorporated in Nevada for tax reasons, check all the other OTC stocks, you can still conduct business in the legal state which is what everyone does.
