IMO, they are farming out the operation to other companies...the so called "partners". Just an opinion but it would make sense because DUTV has no known patent and is a one man operation. There are so many unanswered questions which is why the PPS still sits at the bottom despite the reported revenues. Let's hope that the CEO files the audit/registration some day.
