Apology accepted. I only wish there were more that didn't get taken to the cleaners.

"There are none so blind as those who will not see. The most deluded people are those who choose to ignore what they already know."

We all know in our hearts of hearts that NNVC is a hopeless failure.

I'm skeptical of your story on multiple fronts.

When did your real estate devoloper friend drive by the Shelton site? Any regular reader of this board knows that there was a period of seeming inactivity at the physical site. Design, permit applications, bid letting, doesn't require a busy parking lot.

In CT each County is responsible for land and deed records. Fairfield County CT has their records online. No need to go "to the town" to look at the real estate transactions. Also a matter of public record is the assessed property value for purposes of taxation. Typically a property's assessed value is lower than its market value.

It's unlikely a Florida real estate developer has a strong grasp of CT property values. A person renting a luxury condo in FL for $3000 per month would probably find it hard to believe a tiny efficiency apartment in Manhattan is "worth" $3000 per month.

I don't dispute that you may have been taken in by a Ponzi scheme. However, based on Ponzi fundamentals I don't see how NNVC compares to a Ponzi scheme. And your Ponzi tale seems rather convenient.

But it is what it is. It sounds like you will never again own NNVC and your online apology is forever. Time will tell.

jcssms -- you know what's sad yet morbidly funny?

I've helped more people out financially than Seymour ever has by encouraging them to dump this trash from $6, $5, $4, $3, $2, $1.50, and now $1.35.

Those who listened saved a ton or even made money on the short side. Those who instead listened to Seymour got their asses handed back to them on a platter while Seymour gives himself a retroactive raise and bonus then has the nerve to act like he's on their side even after a bullshit "we've scaled up" press release and a bullshit ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Oh my!

rawnoc, I owe you an apology .. and a thank you.i first bought nnvc many years ago[first bird flu scare. have been adding of and on since when you showed up on this board, I figured you were a paid basher..i put you on ignore, as I did not want a stranger bashing the stock I expected to make a LOT of money on...when they announced ebolacide 2 I told a few friends about it.. oneold friend was a wall street analyst, now a realestate developer in fla.. his initial reponse was not good[ might have read the sa article], but being an ex analyst he told me to get out... a few months ago he was visiting his daughter in conn and took a ride to look at the Shelton facility. there was nobody there. he then went to the town and looked at the realestate transactions he called me from conn and said get out now !! I did not, still a believer. I did, however take you off ignore and started to listen.... being a victim of a Ponzi sceme many years ago[ the guy was very slick] I finally realized that... this investment had some of the same earmarks...I finally sold all my shares at just about break even..thanks to you and others I saved tens of thousands of dollars....p.s. my real estate friend said there is no way in hell that builing is worth 16 million.. AND, they only took out permits for 330k ???? I think it is too late for many shareholders to sell now as they are way underwater. anyway, thanks for your insight...
