I DOUBT IT! There have been a plethora of Tweets recently, yet the stock price continues to suffer. The "Tweet" barrage is losing it's efficiency (insert crying wolf scenario here)! INCC tells a good story, but has a hard time completing anything of significance, and the stock price reflects that!

The next tweet might be the catalyst that will launch the INCC rocket.
