Bottom line is when they are ready for it to move it will move. Key is to get in at these levels and wait. The market activity will point to the news before it is announced. Load up the wagons.
ieng - seems like to me we should be getting closer to reports, updates and pr's flying cause I would think they would be ready for the pps to rise,...jmo.
