maddawg1, that says a lot more about what's going on than any words the company can speak. Can you imagine the kind of marketing campaign $180,000 could have bought? They could have gotten the word out there on any of these products big time. People all over the country would now be aware of their products. But instead they waste it on paid pumps? What does that tell you? There is only one reason you would spend that much money on a paid pump - to get the share price to run up. Why? So someone in the company can dump a lot of shares. And don't give me this b.s. about how 'all there shares are restricted!'

Give me one crooked lawyer, and there are a ton of them out there (SPNG had one and he got caught), and you'll find out how fast they can whiz their way right around the 'problem' of restricted shares. lol.

Look at the date of those paid pumps, then pull up a chart and look what happened on those dates - it skyrocketed up to .25. Does anyone actually think NGCG paid for those pumps, then sat back while the price took off, and didn't dump a ton of shares?

By the way, when they say a 'third party,' they mean NGCG sent money to a 'third party' who then paid the pumpers. A long time ago the SEC made it clear that they did not want companies paying for promotions, going right from company to promoter. So the company's got creative - they used a middleman to pay the pumpers, and they've been doing it ever since.

Way to go, Longoria, Berio, Ross. I wonder if Morrison knows about this? If anyone has a contact number or email for Morrison, send me a PM.
