JPM has denied the LTW Holders' right to 85 % of the Anchor Award in both the Delaware Bankruptcy Court and the US Court of Federal Claims.

It's not likely that JPM is going to suddenly change its position and hand over hundreds of millions of dollars to the LTW Holders once it receives the Award.
