Why do you think the holdup is at HC ?


IMO - - - the people at MDRM - - - are so incompetent that :

(i) they did not file the correct documents
or, if they filed the correct documents (ii) they did not fill them out correctly
or, if they filed the correct documents and filled them out correctly (iii) they did not send them to the correct ministry.


Nothing MDRM has done since I began following them in early 2014 suggests that the people running this damn fool company are competent in any respect.

NOTHING !
