Why is TRTC using shareholder dollars to fund operations that are prohibited by law from generating profits?

Only insiders can benefit from IVXX...so why invest?

The concept makes zero sense.

The point of investing is for shareholders to share profits...yet TRTC is spending all the money on NON PROFIT operations!

This might be the most ridiculous thing I've ever witnessed one of these shady penny stock companies do.

And to add insult to injury, they are spending shareholder dollars promoting a NON PROFIT.

I've never seen something so absurd.

How can a controlled non-profit Company (IVXX) produce $ for his controller (TRTC) ?

It's possible ?

It's legal in US?
