study the Asian water crisis.

then make an educated decision.
I personally see BRWC becoming a major player within the next 3 years
and
I am putting my money where my mouth is.
If it doesn't pan out
then I move on
But
you will never find another penny stock with this limitless potential
The stock is way undervalued, I will buy as many shares as I can get my hands on at these prices.
