Yeah! Right! Barry Henthorn has been talking up uplisting for more than a decade for this company before and after the reorganization in 2010. It's poppycock. At one time they were touting the change in tier as an uplist. Ha! Ha! Barry Henthorn also talked to uplisting BS years back with the other companies he ran. This company doesn't even get close to qualifying for an uplist. It ain't in the ballpark. More rubbish to get people to buy so they can sell their free shares.
The "uplist" to OTC-QB fully-reporting status has occurred. The uplisting to NASDAQ didn't happen because the Tully's acquisition didn't occur and neither did the reality TV show. BH will try to make other big moves in order to get there, but as far as I can tell those plans are probably on hold, at least until the company revenues grow significantly in some way.
