Yes and having a bigger backlog could mean a longer wait time for customers from contract to installation. This has the potential to affect customer satisfaction. Nothing worse than spending $30K on something and having to wait 6 months to have it.

I remember JN stating in the CC that "most" of the backlog should be realized in Q2. If they are able to then that means customer wait times have remained reasonable. I'm hoping he's able to execute his plan to do so.

I agree ... a backlog and new contracts are nice but can we finish the installations and get paid in a timely manner.

We may need an army of 20 somethings with hard hats, tool belts and ladders.

I think the Street is waiting to see if we can deliver with finished contracts.
