Millstone - Please sticky post for all to re-read as this is a tremendously significant "material event" that has greatly improved shareholder value, as Dan has promised all along.

Millstone - I'll be sharing this post with at least one other website, as it is that important in my view, and shows the integrity of the new management team.

So were the 18.4 mil post-split warrants were 100% cancelled and re-couped as part of the 157 mil plus new post-split warrants or were they ADDED to the 157 mil to get to the 176 mil?

Wow, great find! I have not had the chance to review the report yet but it looks like we were right all along pal. Where is SB, to admit he was wrong on that one too?

Great find. Thank you. Deserves a sticky.

IMPORTANT POINT - I stress this a lot. Real businesses don't care about making us happy with constant PR's on every achievement. They are just too busy and focused on the long-term growth/health of their bottom line. It is huge to understand that, moving forward, Dan and his team may not tell us all about every positive development that occurs - much to our chagrin. In other words, we may have to wait until each quarter end to find certain gems such as this, but at the same time, could experience a much more explosive rise in stock price as a result.

Steady hands will reap the benefits.

I think you're absolutely right, posters were quick to try and portray this warrant news as suicide, when in fact it was genius. JMO

"BEST PART OF THE Q1 REPORT:

The March 2015 12% Convertible Notes, you will recall, provided cash of $13,000,000. ECIG also gave up warrants in the amount of 226,562,239 Warrants (pre-split) or 18,428,317 warrants post-split. ECIG, if they paid back the Notes within 30 days were entitled to a 50% reduction in the warrants given.

Subsequent Events. On April 27, 2015, the March 12% Convertible Notes were repaid in full, and the warrants were cancelled.

That's right boys and girls - the warrants that provoked fits of hysteria - the ones that would be an albatross around ECIG's neck, that would never be repaid to allow for a 50% reduction, were actually CANCELLED. A 100% REDUCTION.

That's important. There is more than meets the eye. My take is the holders of the 3 year $41 Million term loan that got all the warrants were also the 12% Noteholders, and they agreed to forfeit the earlier warrants.
