Sorry manipulation- combo of MMs selling back and forth to each other below the bid and filling any additional buy orders below the ask as well. It's the OTC happens daily.
How can you explain this i bought today few more thousand shares and i try to bought it at ask. Then i have a message saying price improved order filled. I check on ihub and counted as sell.
