It has to be bottom(IMO)....the PPS has held in this range through all of the speculation, hearsay and MM's!

We now have hard numbers in front of us with forward Guidance from real Management!

In just a short period of time they have shed toxic debt, secured capital, reduced COGS, rebuilt important global relationships, increased revs from 2014 Q1 and all with a vision to make future acquisitions to strengthen the ECIG's Global Footprint!

The writing is on the wall.........this is no Ordinary OTC!
