No. Even though he did those filings showing the private placement shares, it was hardly the same as an apology. I got the info I came to get and I stand to make a nice sum of money from that. I also still have shares to sell but I can't sell them. Since I used a pro acct I either have to do a block trade or do it as a per share sale. There's not enough volume to do a block trade and the per share fee is .00015/share.
I understand why he did what he did, but he violated some basic rules that are going to bite him for a long time to come. The one rule I've preached many time; A public company is nothing without it's share holders.
