there is nothing in your post that has not already been said months ago....

bottom line is, INCC had their application flagged for deficiencies, water being one of them and they were already working on the water and they just updated AGAIN on the water.....

this is COMMON METHOD when submitting applications

the county will tell you what you need to change and fix

there is NOTHING surprising about it....

Did they mention anything about not approving any more applications until the first six have met all the requirements? (I hear they will accept them, that is all until they see how the first six pan out.)
