Good news is they do have an office and it looks like there was about 4 or 5 people there, however Mr. Tsai was in a meeting according to the secretary and I waited as long as I could, but I ended up leaving my information with the secretary and she said I should hear something back very soon. As soon as I hear back from him I will post what was sent to me. I am going to get a group together between now and when I get some correspondence from Mr. Tsai so that if it turns out to be a go myself and the group I put together can purchase around 250 million shares!
