Current mkt cap about 8.5 mil. Bid if 450 mil would be about 50 to 60 times current share price. Or am I thinking wrong

With around 380 mio shares outstanding I think it comes to around $ 1.20 such things are surely possible if the clinical trials report positive with FDA aprovals
