I think his ego is bruised. Plus, the fact that people are posting things here that doesn't stroke his ego, is pissing him off even more, I think.

There's nothing worse than an egomaniac who is failing.

I don't think there's any strategy here other than being PO'd at the shareholders. The CEO is giving us the silent treatment, in my opinion.
