AT THESE PRICES AND AN 11% + DIVIDENT YIELD, FOLKS THIS IS A NO BRAINER. THIS STOCK WILL RECOVER, A GREAT BUYING OPPORTUNITY.

I don't know what the interest rate is for the debt they are paying back, but they will be paying 11% on those new shares they are selling. If it's 6% then they are essentially borrowing at 11% to repay 6% debt. Does that really sound like such a good deal?
