#109954 RE: Y U Axing Me #109953

danny is a dunce, I'll be the first to say it, but that was years ago and to be quite honest, a quick look at the board will show that he wasn't that wrong. As a CEO, however, he was dead wrong to put that into print. Dumb move in a pile of dumb moves he's made over the years. But yu have to admit that lately something is different. No hype, no fluff, no appearances by Mr. Bane. As someone who dislikes danny's ego and attitude, I consider this to be a good thing. I agree with you on both points. Nobody believes him and he's got nothing to say. Best move is to keep his trap shut IMO until he does have something worth saying. Patience is a virtue with brav, you know that as well as anyone. Profitability, growth, whatever you want to focus on is up to you. Sometimes growth requires reduction. Could you imagine if he kept the Robertson store open? We'd be dead IMO. Cutting overhead to increase the bottom line isn't some new radical buzz idea, this is just normal business. Instead of spending that money on rent, it could go towards adwords or other revenue drivers. It isn't our choice, but we are all welcome to an opinion.

I'm still interested in your opinion on Sid Dutchak. You feel danny should bring in someone who can run the company better, and it appears he's done just that. You can see the difference in danny's actions (or lack thereof). This sounds like exactly what you are asking for, don't you agree?

2007. In light of Mr. Dutchak’s business and management experience, the Company believed it was in its best
interests to appoint Mr. Dutchak as a Director. Mr. Dutchak does not receive a salary in exchange for his duties
as a Director of the Company.
