Guess you could look at that a couple ways. No, I'm sure he didn't need the seat, and I'm sure JS could have just let this one go. But they still like to have a nice looking resume, and people in somewhat powerful positions, always look for a new challenge. Its like people who continue to work even though they don't have to, they could just go hang out on a beach and sip margaritas all day every day, but that's not enticing for some, some people just like to have a challenge on their plate. Obviously cryoport had something that intrigued both of'em, but you and I don't know why they are in the positions they are in.
My only hope, is that the huge dilution thats going on right now is because they can't grow services fast enough with current cash, to keep up with demand.
