If you feel truly bad and need the money, sell half your position, and then when it hits .17 sell the rest you would have recover all your losses. I bleive that this stock will stay at the range .05-.07 until late summer, when all the contracts are signed sealed and deliver, then it will spike to around .50-.90
In you can afford, just forget about it for now and look at it in 3 months, you will be rewarded.
