LOL... this board of advisors??? How does this do anything different for Dave than what we know and he knows that needs to be done already??? All it is is a bunch of suits sitting around the table with ideas...Nothing more and nothing less. He is walking a fine line with fluff and to me this announcement will be just that... fluff. It's real simple
A. Set up a national rollout of sales by using a association/distributor network that has been long established.
B. Hire independent sales reps to call on these Distributors that are throughout the USA & Int'l.
C. Attend their tradeshows National and regionals.
He needs sales not a bunch of boardroom chit chat. Talk is cheap... he needs a simple action plan. He knows what he has to do.... hiding behind what appears to be this board of great minds that have ideas is a distraction...sound s nice....but the reality is it's not getting the job done.
BTW.. I do like your breakdown... nice and detailed but I do think it's a simple plan that needs to be acted on... People who are behind the curve on attaining the expected results love to surround themselves with idle non relevant events that they hope will seem to the investment public and shareholders as a material event. This is nothing more than fluff distraction...Dave ... It's all about sales sales sales. Hot air isn't the answer... that's coffee clutch content not good business acumen and execution.
