I agree but there has been very little discussion about what they might PR about. I suspect the cost cutting progress will have to be in there but it wouldn't shock me if there is also something in there about the progress they have made on their new business strategy such as in country production, etc.
I'm less convinced than ever that they care about commoners like us because the most probable way to get uplisted to Nasdaq is to have another R/S of 10-15/1 and they know people will hate the additional dilution. But they have the votes now to do what they want without commoners.
Wellp i guess thats were bloomberg got it right...somewhere along all the last 10ks 8ks 10qs..i saw something somewhere stating the company either is not or has chosen to not be an accelrated filer based upon an exemption of one of the parameters required to be classed as an accelerated filer....anyone care to reply?maybe uve seen it too and or know where that is?
