Spencer can have all the control he wants w/o any sales. What good does it do? It is still a flop to other investors' eyes, PPS says it all, evidently.

So their business were a success as after the first sale? Don`t think so. Evadently GOSY is still operating so not a flop. Spencer`s have 51% control and some investors backing them.
