tryoty,

I agree with most of your underlying sentiment. I am very disappointed that ERHE is in the position that it is. Obviously, I would have like to see the company do extreme cost cutting over a year ago but they didn't. None of us can turn back the clock and have a do-over.

I also am not thrilled with what ever is happening with the transfer agent. I would not be one to call the transfer agent on a daily or even weekly basis, but I can't think of any reason for this information not to be given out on a regular basis if requested by shareholders.

By the way, I had not read the post of Gremlin's that disclosed what the TA told him back in April. Sometimes I don't read every post..... I also tread lightly on believing what people post as fact if it is not backed up from a SEC filing or company PR so when I said I was shocked at the 1.3 billion shares outstanding.... I was. I would have thought pretty much all of the convertible notes would have been cashed in early when the company share price dropped below .01. So, the outstanding share count is no where near as bad as implied by many. But, that brings us back to needing better and open communication from the TA now. Use today as an example, 143 million shares traded which is a huge quantity. I would think 100+ million of that would have been new shares from conversions but we experienced this same type of volume in March and April and it turned out that conversion volume was a lot less than assumed. Now I don't know what to think of the volume. You would think it would be better for ERHE to let people find out that all this volume is not newly printed shares so they should be happy to share that info daily. ???? I just don't get it sometimes.

I believe there is a rock solid legal case against Ntephe for completely abandoning his fiduciary duty to shareholders,

Then, AT LEAST, scare him with the threat!

Maybe he will do better as a result? I'm sure he wants to stay in London, instead of Africa.
