Not to offend but you better get your nose in the books on how that affects shareholders in pinky land or you are going to lose your ass. RS allows the company to reduce the O/S 1000-1 in this case and continue to sell 9.7 nil shares again. RS not good for pinkies. Much different for big board stocks
