IMO, no results after 17yrs is not a good strategy at all.
Steve Jobs didn't take 10yrs to sell the 1st apple computer. Bill Gates didn't take 10yrs to sell DOS to the masses. All these eg. are in context of the infancy stage of personal computers back then. There are many co. out there that sold their 1st product after R&D in much less than 10yrs.
Evidently, Spencer's method & strategy is a flop. I concede to this conclusion after doing my DD.
