#2736 RE: Dr Bill #2735

Well there you have it. You are on the record now as saying:

"This stock is worthless, IMO because they will NEVER get those filings caught up, and then, also IMO IMO, you'll find out they've sold 250M shares or whatever and have to do a R/S into another shell or into the same shell to get it back down again."

Having personally met management, I do think they have the mental acumen to pull off taking a pink public. Jim Dial majored in mathematics and used to do statistical analysis for oil companies before he was hired in the R&D department. People who do statistical analysis by and large are not lacking in mental acumen. They may not be good judges of character or have other flaws, but they don't lack for mental ability. Dial is a smart fellow. IMO his interests don't align with those of GFCI shareholders fully until Dial can sell shares in November. At that point I think we will see increased attention paid to creating a higher stock price for GFCI.

I met Jerry Swinford. If Jerry isn't an intelligent person with mental acumen then I don't know who is.

The only person I question the mental acumen of is Grifco's SEC lawyer. Especially after that fiasco where he put out two conflicting PR's about the dividend where if you read them closely you would be wondering if there were 85M or 100M shares of CTBG outstanding. I have serious questions about how capable he is.

Anyway we can agree to disagree. I respect your opinion and thank you for respecting mine. Time will reveal the truth. It is possible I have overestimated their abilities and they won't get a filing and dividend done by the end of the 3rd quarter. However I have to assign that a very small statistical probability have met them in person.
