Be sure to read through the most recent 10k. There are a handful of red flags I see regarding their business. For instance, they are mainly focused on manufacturing vehicles with lead acid batteries at the moment. That is an outdated technology that is highly prone to wear and tear. The batteries are cheaper but provide less runtime and degrade quicker than Lithium Ion. There are other red flags in the financials, but I consider those as somewhat normal for pennies.
Really need to see developments on the USPS and 6,000 units sale before even considering a buy.
