If this is true, and I hope it is... why don't we have a PR about it? I have a hunch... if I was Sandy, and I wanted the maximum boost from this type of magical PR... I would make sure I had all my ducks in a row to make sure the stock would be prepared for a signifcant rise upon the news.
Look at the "Set up" folks... Sandy is showing us here is serious about the buy back... he was able to get the dilution stopped... and we have had nothing but healthy PR's coming for a while now.
The set up is nearing it's end... the final punch will be the US carrier... and those who have the beans to stick around for a short while... will be heavily rewarded for their patience!
