The same was said of Rock Tenn and all of the other deals. After years of empty promises, the claims are starting to wear a little thin.

At the moment, all PTOI has going for it is a recently formed LLC with no operating history, no discernible assets and staffed with the likes of a failed, ice cream dude.

My impression is that they and Waste Management are into Generation 6 with BIG PLANS.
