#12209 RE: LA4321 #12205

I've already answered that question several times. This company has a twenty-one year history of fabricating news. There is nothing "dramatic" about the announcements. It is the same ole, same ole. If you want to believe it, go ahead and buy more stock. Obviously practically nobody believes it. If that were the case, insiders and their entourage would be buying, but, guess what, they are not. They don't believe it. I wonder why? Well, not really. They don't buy because, regardless of what they say, the don't believe it.

It is like all the other times during the past twenty-one years: contracts that fall through, deals that are reduced, shows that are not attended, contacts that fall through.

I have no problem with you and the other bulls buying. I do have a problem with not telling potential investors about the truth of this company. And that includes not only the failure to meet their PR statements, but also a major reorganizations and the gradual dilution over the years. And, needless to say, the decline in the price of the stock by about 90% even on the face of one of the biggest bull markets in history. And why has this decline in the stock price taking place? Because investor everywhere know that this is a scam and that insiders and their good ole boys network sell their shares instead of buying.
