First, I didin't do that.You can go to all my posts and see for yourself if I'm like you trying to do 'donno what out here'. Second, I believe there were only a couple of reps fielding the chat queries and Kerri and Cynthia seem to be the two coimg around all the time. The lady that i spoke to the very first time was Donna. Not one person here claim to have spoken to that lady except me! Maybe that explains!
