I'm expecting a decent sized prepayment in the coming weeks. I'd say knock out vfin's shares. Dror already has a side agreement with Magna to convert at a later date. I believe Dror will let Magna convert the rest of their shares, which isn't much since they've been converting since last year. Magna would be nowhere near as aggressive as vfin.
Either way, we will be debt free very soon...way ahead of the end of June timeline.
