Your analogy is a good one and also accurate, it is a "different nail" but it's 1 that Flabio/Duhberto and the promotional "DD" will be able to justify when they "acquire" claimed "revenue producing companies" even though they won't be verified company(ies). Like we had with the 3 names that Duhberto sold WDAS.
At this point, Flabio has taken full control of both public companies once/if the S-1 is approved and I'm quite sure it will be approved. That was a nice trick that Flabio played, right out of the good ole' Vinny playbook.
The next trick, an AS increase will happen as they approach maxing out the existing AS but the play will include more acquisitions of names that have no internet footprint, NONE. Just like the other 2 that were signed, 3 counting the 1 that wasn't signed.
