I think I underestimate the shares that was giving out by DRGV

Instead of 200 million, there was extra 50 millions before the A/S was increase to 5 billion.

So there was alot of flipping.

Same as the 3's too, there was flippers still. Once 4's are gone.

Which means / looks like this:

Bid - 4

Ask - 5

This is very good.

It's really hard to understand the float because of the amount of trades between buying and selling. Estimating the amount of shares issue is the key to knowing when the ticks goes up or down
